I think it’s easy to get caught up in the joy that comes with the amount of money Chun and Reynolds have saved me over the time I have been a client, however it’s what goes on behind the curtain that has impressed me the most. Great customer service! I had the misfortune to get into a fender bender off hours and needed some guidance. So I called Greg, he helped me through a few issues and gave me the advice I needed to wrap things up at the location. Then he called me first thing the next morning which happened to be Sunday to finish up my side of the claim. Full service, great prices! I won't let anyone else handle my insurance needs!!

As a real estate agent, it is important to have a great insurance broker who is able to provide low rates and obtain coverage for difficult properties. That broker is Greg Reynolds. I rarely leave reviews just because it takes time and effort. But the level of service I received from Greg Reynolds at Chun and Reynolds Insurance made me feel compelled to give them a shout out. We were in escrow on a home purchase in Murrieta when we discovered the open space on the hill behind our house required a little higher fire coverage than our last house. I searched around and after speaking with Greg, found out that this really wasn't a problem and he proceeded to find us a more than reasonable policy. I was so impressed by his service (availability, prompt responses, no pressure, great prices and overall friendliness) that we also moved over our car and RV insurances to their care. Vincent Chun was my insurance agent for 10 years when he was at Liberty Mutual. We always enjoyed his excellent service when he was with Liberty before he decided to start his own Insurance services with Chun & Reynolds.

Our car insurance with Liberty Mutual started going up this year and before renewing, we decided to give Vincent a call and see what he can do for us. He was easy to get a hold of, all our questions were answered promptly, and he presented a few options for us with different car insurance coverage for our two cars in our household.
